Every month we will update this page with the current schedule of both out Studios. In addition to our classes, you may make an appointment to see a Physiotherapist, consult a Personal Health Coach, get a diet plan for weight loss from our Nutritionist and consult our Geneticists to learn more about DNA testing and what it can reveal for you and your family. We hope you enjoy our space and it's offerings.  

PILATES WITH PRITI

Our Pilates exercises will focus on immense precision and control, with a strong emphasis on technique and core strength. 

STUDIO 2

Studio 1 and Studio 2 can be expanded as one larger space and is equipped with professional wood sprung floors that look after your joints.

ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA

Ashtanga Vinyasa is a conscious effort to train the mind to be fully present by controlling the body, breath and mind in one harmonious.
