Priti has been in the fitness industry for over 18 years where she has had hands on experience as a group and personal trainer. She has been associated with and has been on Reebok University's  training committee for several years while conducting several batches of their courses.

Aditi Deshpande, founder of Fly High Aerial Art is a trained gymnast and professional Mallakhamb performer. Having learnt ‘Rope’ from the age of 5 under the guidance of the respected guru, none other than her own Father Shri Uday Vishwanath Deshpande.

RIA BAJAJ

Aerial Fitness and Pole Fitness Instructor

Ria Bajaj is an aerialist based in Mumbai who’s background lies in Indian Classical dance. She completed her Nritya Visharadh in Bharat Natyam in 2007 and performed her Arangetaram in 2016 from Arivind Nritya Sadhana. During this training period she sort to other dance forms like Aerial Silks.

Sucheta Pal is the Ambassador and Education Specialist for Zumba® Fitness LLC and was felicitated in 2018 by the Honl. President of India as “First Lady” for women wellness. She together with the phenomenal Zumba® instructor community of India have inspired an entire nation towards health, fitness and well-being.

Yoga & Pilates Instructor  

Trained in ballet and modern jazz dance, practising yoga for the past 12 years and having completed a 200hr yoga TTC, a graphic designer, a biodynamic cranio-sacral practitioner (www.bcst.in), a pilates instructor (trained in MAT Pilates by Balanced Body) by profession, it seems all of my trainings and experiences have brought me to experience that very quality of stillness through movement.

ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA

Dr. Amol is an MD in Ayurveda from the National Institute of Ayurveda in Jaipur. His training is in Kayachikitsa, internal medicine.  When it comes to yoga, he is a dedicated practitioner with a deep interest in the sciences of Yoga.   He has a special interest in the role that yoga and ayurveda can play in body rejuvenation and preventive care.

Lamya has been teaching dynamic vinyasa flow yoga and soft hatha yoga for many years now. She is greatly inspired by Shiva Rea’s dynamic yoga flow and finds that her practice liberates her from anything seemingly binding in her life, constantly helping her remain in the present.

PRERNA BHATIA

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Instructor

Prerna's teaching style is extremely traditional as taught in Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga (which basically means the teacher teaches you a few poses which you master and then move on the the next poses. It’s a sequence of postures which are taught to you over a period of time. It’s a self practice approach. I will be there to guide you & adjust you incase needed but I mostly let the body open on it’s own with the breath.
